these crackers are truly SO crunchy & made w/ wholesome ingredients like brown rice, oat fiber, & flax seeds. find them in the cracker aisle at @target & a variety of other grocery stores.⁠⠀

here’s the recipe:⁠⠀
@CrunchmasterCrackers Multi-Grain Sea Salt Crackers⁠⠀
1 20-oz can jackfruit in brine (drained)⁠⠀
1 c raw cashews, boiled for 10 mins⁠⠀
½ c unsweetened non-dairy milk⁠⠀
½ c buffalo sauce⁠⠀
2 tbsp lemon juice⁠⠀
½ tsp garlic powder⁠⠀
¼ tsp salt⁠⠀
Dash black pepper⁠⠀
⁠⠀
1. For each piece of jackfruit, cut off the harder bit, then shred the rest with your fingers into the bowl. Then, cut up all the harder bits into smaller pieces & add to the bowl.⁠⠀
2. Add cashews & milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.⁠⠀
3. To a baking dish, add cashew cream, jackfruit, buffalo sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, & pepper. Stir.⁠⠀
4. Bake at 350ºF for 35-40 minutes. Top with green onions & serve with @CrunchmasterCrackers Multi-Grain Sea Salt Crackers!⁠⠀
