Hummus is a true staple in my fridge. At any given moment, I promise that you could find a tub of hummus in my refrigerator. It’s definitely a top contender for my favorite dip.

But one thing that can be hard to mix up? The ideas for what to eat with hummus! Between crackers, pita chips, pretzels and carrots, I have a pretty standard rotation of things I’m dipping into my hummus. And while all of those things are delicious in hummus, it can get a little boring.

How to Make Veggie Sushi Hummus Wraps
This delicious hummus snack idea is kind of like a crossover between a veggie sushi roll and a hummus wrap. And even though it’s a bit of an out-of-the-box idea for how to enjoy your hummus, it actually couldn’t be easier to make!
I’m using the Thai Coconut Curry Hummus from Hope Foods these veggie sushi hummus wraps, and let me tell you – it’s next level! I love this flavor because it’s slighly sweet, a little bit spicy and packed with so much flavor, but the Sriracha and Spicy Avocado flavors would also be delicious in these veggie sushi rolls!
These hummus veggie wraps come together in just 5 minutes with 4 easy steps, so you can throw them together anytime you need a quick pick-me-up! Here’s how you make them:
- Cut nori sheet into 2-inch strips.
- Spread a layer of hummus on each strip.
- Top each strip with any sliced veggies you’d like.
- Roll up the nori sheet, slice and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4 nori sheets
- 1/2 cup Hope Foods Thai Coconut Curry Hummus
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cut nori sheet into 2-inch strips.
- Spread a layer of hummus on each strip.
- Top each strip with a couple spinach leaves, carrot slices, one bell pepper slices, and cucumber slices on top.
- Roll up the nori sheet. Store in the fridge.
